How to Eat Your Water

If you’re anything like me you struggle with staying hydrated from day to day especially on the busier days or when traveling. To be honest I barely get thirsty and most of the time I forget to drink water. Of course I pay for it like we all do when we’ve passed empty and the signs of dehydration start showing. The best thing to do is drink the water as soon as you can or as soon as you remember. 

One of my tricks to getting hydrated faster is to eat hydrating foods. Yes, that’s right! You can also eat your water. No I’m not making this up but feel free to Google it anyway.  Some of you may have heard of this concept before so I’m here to remind you. You can eat your water!

So without further ado here is my list of my favorite hydrating foods:

Cucumbers

Tomatoes

Iceberg lettuce

Celery

Bell Peppers

Strawberries

Watermelon

Cauliflower

Cantaloupe

Pineapple

And these are just to name a few. There are so many foods you can use to get and stay hydrated. Pick a few go tos and use them next time you find yourself needing an extra boost of hydration.
